§1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website available at buddypilot.pl (hereinafter: the Website).
  2. The owner and operator of the Website is Dominik Kawula conducting business under the name buddypilot, NIP: 8732876718, ul. Chmieleniec 12/48, 30-348 Kraków, email: hello@buddypilot.pl (hereinafter: the Operator).
  3. Using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

§2. Rules of Using the Website

  1. The Website is informational in nature and presents the services offered by the Operator.
  2. Content published on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  3. The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with applicable laws, the provisions of these Terms of Service, and good practices.
  4. In particular, it is prohibited to: provide unlawful content, take actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Website, and attempt unauthorized access to its resources or technical infrastructure.

§3. Intellectual Property

  1. All content posted on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos, photographs, page layout and source code, is the property of the Operator or entities that have licensed it to the Operator, and is protected by the provisions of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights.
  2. Copying, distributing or using any materials from the Website without prior written consent of the Operator is prohibited.
  3. Quoting excerpts of content for personal or educational purposes is permitted, provided the source and author are cited.

§4. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Operator makes every effort to ensure that the information posted on the Website is reliable and up-to-date, but does not guarantee its completeness or immutability, and accepts no liability for the consequences of decisions made based on it.
  2. The Operator is not liable for interruptions in access to the Website resulting from technical reasons, force majeure, or maintenance work.
  3. The Operator is not liable for content posted by users in comments or forms, if such functions are made available.

§5. External Links

  1. The Website may contain links to external websites over whose content the Operator has no control.
  2. The Operator accepts no liability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of external website owners.
  3. Clicking on an external link is at the user's own risk.

  2. Using the contact form involves the processing of personal data under the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.

§7. Changes to the Terms of Service

  1. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
  2. Changes take effect from the date of their publication on the Website.
  3. The current version of the Terms of Service is always available at buddypilot.pl/terms-of-service/.

§8. Final Provisions

  1. For matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
  2. All disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office, i.e. the court with jurisdiction for Kraków. In the case of consumers, the provisions on court jurisdiction provided in the Code of Civil Procedure shall apply.
  3. Consumers have the right to resolve disputes out of court through the ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
