Does the update include WooCommerce and custom plugins?

Yes. In the Business Class and First Class packages dedicated to e-commerce, we also handle WooCommerce updates, and in the First Class package we monitor its performance (in Business Class this is a paid add-on). In all packages we update all available plugins from the WordPress.org repository as well as additional ones from external repositories, provided they support the update mechanism and the site has an active license to download the latest versions. Custom-built plugins are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
