For operations with very high transaction or critical-data volume: database copy every 2 hours, full site backup daily, history up to 90 days. We can also agree on longer retention windows or replication to external storage, depending on your needs.
We monitor, update and secure WordPress Multisite installations. If you manage multiple sites within a single network, we develop an update and backup strategy tailored to that architecture.
We configure and maintain a staging environment synchronised with production. Every update goes through staging, testing and only then reaches production, according to an agreed pipeline. We can integrate with Git and a CI/CD process if you have one.
Formal agreement with recorded parameters: response time, service availability, consequences of breaches. NDA clause protects both parties from first contact. For agencies: full white label. Your brand, our code. End clients do not know we exist.
Each quarter: a strategic meeting (or written report) in which we discuss the technical health of the installation, planned changes, potential risks and recommendations for the next period. We think together about long-term architecture, not just firefighting.

Based on the call we prepare a personalised proposal: scope of services, SLA parameters, billing model and implementation timeline. All in one document. To discuss, modify and approve together with you.
After signing the agreement: technical audit of all installations, monitoring configuration, first backups, staging environment tests. Your dedicated manager learns every detail of the infrastructure before acting independently.
